A: Yes. Res-Tek products are manufactured and formulated at our Cartersville, GA facility.

A: Having an approved applicator allows for confidence in installations. Res-Tek only partners with applicators who provide quality workmanship, ensuring you receive a flooring system that will be installed correctly and last for years to come.
Q: What type of warranty does Res-Tek provide?
A: Res-Tek guarantees all material is free of defects for a designated period of time based on the specific product and its respective expiration date. In regards to installed flooring systems, please refer to your approved applicator for specific warranty questions. By using an approved applicator, Res-Tek is able to provide a joint warranty on all installed systems.
Q: How do I set up an account to buy from you?
A: Applicators first need to submit a completed credit application, credit approval can take 3-5 days to process. After credit approval, a Res-Tek representative will reach out and schedule a training session to acquire approved status. Please contact us to find your regional manager to discuss your individual needs.
Q: Do I need training in order to install your material?
A: Yes. Res-Tek only works with approved applicators and part of the approval process is a training session on Res-Tek materials.
Q: Does Res-Tek keep standing inventory or stock?
A: Res-Tek keeps inventory on shelves year round eliminating the long lead times that other manufacturers require. Res-tek ships FOB Cartersville, GA.
Q: Can I buy products from you for DIY projects?
A: No. Res-Tek currently only sells to approved applicators and is not a DIY type product. Please contact us and we will be happy to connect you with your local applicator.
Q: Will your flooring hold up to chemicals in my facility?
A: Res-Tek flooring systems are resistant to many chemicals, however, no flooring system can hold up to everything. Our in-house technical experts will work with you to develop flooring options specifically to fit your needs.
